Returns & Exchanges
At ooloula.com, we provide a '30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee' for all Ooloula bracelets purchased. You have a period of 30 calendar days, starting from the day you receive the item, to return the bracelet(s).
In order to be eligible for a refund, the Ooloula bracelets must be returned in the box and not exhibit any signs of usage. Once we receive the package, we will promptly issue a full refund, which will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
How does it work?
It's easy and simple. Fill in the return form and send it to us. Do you opt for an exchange? Then you will receive your exchanged Ooloula bracelet within 1 to 2 working days. If you opt for a refund, you will receive the amount back within 2 days.
Good to know
International Orders, meaning outside Europe, are responsible for overseas shipping costs, and for all incurred delivery fees, VAT taxes and import surcharges for all exchanges and refunds. (Make sure to contact us before returning a bracelet, we will support you in trying to prevent these fees).
